There are several places in eat in Birmingham that have excellent chefs. Frank and Pardis Stitt operate the Highlands Bar & Grill just to name one of the very good restaurants. There is also Bottega's on Highland Avenue that is a fun place and has fine dining as well. This is just two places.

I have to add another great spot! The Civil Rights District encompasses The Civil Rights Museum, The 16th St Baptist Church (where four little girls were killed in a 1963 bombing), and Kelly Ingram Park, scene of riots between police and protesters.

I've been to all three sites - an amazing and important slice of history not to be missed!

I really enjoyed being an Official Blogger! FGS was an amazing experience (and my first time attending!) I'm so glad I was able to go. It was one of the best investments in my business and my self I have made this year.
